How will the Abstracts be evaluated?
Each abstract will be anonymized and evaluated in blind peer review mode to ensure impartiality. Peer-reviews will assess relevance, originality, and clarity of the proposals.
Please consider that every abstract will be scanned for AI-generated text. We strongly believe in the importance of authorial scientific production, and therefore we will not accept any abstract that is found to be AI-generated.
Are co-authored abstracts allowed?
Abstracts can have co-authors, but only one author can attend the conference in presence.
Will the abstracts be published?
Accepted abstracts will be published on the conference website, and in a Book of Abstracts that will be published for the days of the event.
Will the event be in-person only?
The conference is intended to be an in-presence moment to debate and discuss on the intersection between architecture, mobility and infrastructure. Therefore, we require all accepted presenters to join us in Milan.
If a contribution is of particularly high quality, we may consider some exceptions for remote presentations, if a substantiated reason is provided and at the sole discretion of the curators.
In any case, presenting the contribution at the conference is a necessary requirement to be published in the Conference proceedings.
